TO WATCH TV: To turn TV on, press the upper right “ALL” button (1) on the remote which should turn on the TV AND the cable box (if cable box is already on, use the “TV” button (2) alone. If the cable box is on, there will be a blue “Power On” indicator light just to the right of the digital time). You can also turn the cable box on and off with the small power button on the right side of the front of the box. 
Wait just a few seconds for the ‘options’ displayed on the tv to ‘go away’ and a full screen picture to appear. Now you can press the “CH” ↑↓ buttons or “guide” and then center ↑↓ buttons to find a tv station.
If the cable box and TV are on but TV is blank, press the “input” button at the top center of the remote and press input again so dot is next to HDMI1 (if that does not work chose HDMI2 in case it had been switched). Wait and it will accept the change and the picture should appear. If the tv shows Spectrum cable is reporting an issue you can call them at 833-697-7328. If the cable indicated it needs activity or will turn off, just adjust the volume or the channel and the ‘warning’ clears.
