Enjoy Your Vacation
We want all of our guests to have the vacation they’ve dreamt of. Maintaining a safe, quiet and secure environment is important to us and our neighbors. Unlike hotels, condominium rentals are usually located in a building with neighbors who actually live there year round. We’re lucky and blessed to have wonderful neighbors at both of our locations. Do not be surprised, or concerned, if they come up and introduce themselves to you. All of our guests love feeling at home.
To ensure all of our guests and nieghbors are happy and fully enjoy their stays, we provide the below information.
House Rules
Minimum Age To Book
Payment in full 30 days before stay or guest cancels with NO REFUND. Must be over 25 years old unless owner agrees otherwise IN WRITING.
Absolutely No Smoking Allowed
Due to severe allergies, we do not allow smoking in or around any of our condos. If you stay with us and must smoke, there is smoking allowed in the parking lot of Sea Villas and the first floor parking area of the San-A-Bel parking garage – near the picnic tables.
Rental Agreement
Our License Agreement must be signed and returned with a copy of government issued photo ID and credit card used to pay for the reservation within 72 hours of booking or the reservation may be canceled.

No Pets Allowed
No pets are allowed on any of our condo properties. HOA allows pets of owners only.
Guest Behavior
NO: Parties, illegal activity, overnight guests, noise during quiet period, hair coloring, moving furniture around, excessive sand.
Saturday to Saturday reservations only accepted from 1 June to 10 August.
Refund Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid.
If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
